Luka Müller has been a board member since January 2018. With effect of July 1, 2020, he will be appointed Chairman of the Board, a position held until now by Jürg Marquard, Founder and majority owner. Jürg Marquard will remain an active board member.

Luka Müller is Founding Partner of law firm MME Legal in Zurich and Co-Founder and Chairman of Sygnum Bank AG, a financial technology company with a banking licence in Switzerland and operations in Singapore.
